There has recently been some fradulent activity perpetrated with fake checks purported to be from the Foundation.
If you were to receive a check from the foundation, you should contact your local police department as soon as possible. In addition, if you can fax the foundation a copy of any fradulent checks along with the UPS label used to mail it you can help us try to catch the perpetrators. Please fax any information to 801-423-8402.
